The song is in the key of G.
Part 1 is the verse. Part 2 is just an interlude, or rather, a transition between the verse and the chorus. Part 3 is the chorus.
In a way, in this song, Part 1 sounds more like the chorus. Perhaps Part 3 is the verse or the bridge. Whatever. 
As I have often repeated myself about, “please do not follow the fingers I use on the right hand. Use the fingers most convenient for yourself. I played this way just so that it would be easier for viewers to see in the video what notes I pressed.”

People in our church always give me songs with only lyrics and chords for piano accompany. But, I wish I can get a copy of the piano sheet which makes me feel easier to get the melody and I just start learning to accompany with chords. Do you know is there any website I can get the piano sheet for church music (such as Lenny LeBlanc)?

The queue is rather long at the moment. It takes about 3 months for me to reach new request in the queue. For that reason, I’ve limited request from each person to 1 song only. It would help if you can identify which of the 3 is of higher priority to you. But I don’t mind another request a few months later.
