This song by Every Avenue is in E.
You would notice that there are more movements of the right hand for Part 1a and Part 1b, and the other way round for the other parts.

Part 1b: E - B4 - F#m7 - E/G# - A2
Part 1c: E - B4 - F#m7
Part 1d: E - B4 - C#m7
Part 2a: A2 - B4 - C#m7 - A2
Part 2b: A2 - E - B4 - A2/C# - B/D#
Part 2c: A2 - E - C#m7 - B4 - A2

Note that in the video, I did not play E4 in Part 3b. That was a mistake on my part. Hehe. It should sound better if you play E4.
