Open Arms

I have been so busy lately that I have not been able to update this blog. Needless to say, the requests for songs have been piling up, and the following songs are all requests from readers, some from the blog, some from YouTube.

This song is in the key of D. I realize that this song is sung by a lot of people. This one is based on the version sung by Journey.

So You Would Come

This is a request by a reader. The song is in the key of C. I did not play the intro in the video. Anyway, in case anyone is interested to know, the intro actually uses the same chord progression as Part 2b.

I have divided the verse in to 4 parts: 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d; so that it is easier to learn a smaller chunk at a time.

I’m Yours

This song by Jason Mraz is a request by a reader.

Part 1a and Part 1b are actually the same except for that additional bit at the end of Part 1b.

Part 2 is an interlude. So in fact the whole song can be played using just Part 1a.
